How do you want to do that as Garmin uses their own Vector format.... ?

Try Jdownloader.
Copy the link into the clipboard and JD will promt you for the rest.
In case JD marks files as offline check the direct link to the hoster to see if it not just server works.Password for all my files: downunder

Must be a Beta I don't upgrade Beta's unless Have tried it and at mo Version t is stable "and I am logged in for Beta Testing and No update for me at Mo ^_^"
