To force Map update on Sd you need to fill up the Nuvi with some files. (MP3 files are safe inside a folder called MP3).
Leave some free space maybe +- 200 Mb
After the update you can always delete the folder.
Use GarminMapUpdater for now, In the future maybe Express.
