Since it is released only in February, I suspect it is the official version, i.e., with the offset.
Comparing Basecamp data with Google Earth data, we can see the offset probably is around 600 mts in this map.
This can be done placing a waypoint on map and hit in Menu /View/Google Earth/Selected item

mean good to use with only CHN firmware
I confirm that this map has a traditional Chinese Shifting (up to 600 meters in azimuth 260 degrees). My brother has already tested it in situ.
