I was confused about the blurb in the updater window...
No, this update is for the file Locales.xml that has nothing to do with the Traffic Service. See the Garmin Support for information about when you can have the service of Traffic in their country (for now, there is no).
The Nuvi 765 does not use trafficprovider.xml file..

Re to :28-04-2010, 12:27 AM : Tks ADMIN. Just add new life time subscription on nuvi 675-> Piece of cake! Most valuable info ...
hi, would like to confirm if this is still valid on nuvi 760 for TTN.
thxU need 3 Unlock codes: use old Garmin Unlock Generator v1.5
FID 1527 to generate a subscription valid November 6, 2023
FID 28992 for a TTN subscription for USA
FID 31808 for a TTN subsscription for Canada
"I managed to successfully add a code to my Nuvi 660 but once I clicked back to "traffic" under settings, it keep saying it needs activation and that it will be automatically activated once the gps gets satellite signal and start communicating with the traffic provider. I let my 660 stand for about 15mins with a strong satellite signal on it but the traffic just does not seem to activate or work.
Any idea as to how to activate it or say make it work? "

At this moment sure "timduncan" has solved his problem. For other users: make sure you are close to high way where the radio signal is strong enough, or at least at an acceptable level.
from 35 pages ... a lot of info already there.
have you success put in the subscription code valid till Nov 2023?
Thanks for the info . It works
