post 1 have alot more POI and many detailed street, but many many duplicate roads over each other, thus notice bigger file size.
in post 25 it have alot less POI but better detailed and no duplicates, like in my area they mentioned several houses in post 1..
so I'm lost what is the difference and which one is better to use?

You must deselect the map you dont use to test or the 2 maps will overlap.
Size isnt so important, most of the time is due to different compression, latest maps are always the best ones, updated.
You have to navigate to get to the good.
