first unrar it with winrar

I need help... Im a newbie somewhat..
I barely got my phone and im a bit lost...
i got an n8 nokia a while ago... and i would really like to have the garmin maps..
if you explain to me how to do that...
thanks in advance...
the reason i want it , is because the ovi maps couldn't detect me offline.. and i defiantly need that option.

i havent tried yet... download is horribly slow at home.. i downloaded half the stuff in the morning while trying 2 figure it out.... i ll get back to youif i need any help !
