There is a Play icon in the folder you specified:
ico_player_play1.svg

I changed the file name in:
data.zip\ui_nextgen\common\ui\templates.css:

This is yours:

sprite.player_play.svg{
ico_player_play.svg
}

This is mine:

ico_player_play1.svg
}

Can someone help me with a problem that cannot be enabled and disabled from the menu and is permanently in the first list without being able to change it?

Download again data.zip and fd_Silver

I increased the size of the fonts in time and distance on the main button of the side list.
