I made border for lane info and some other changes.
Replace files colors_Alain5.zip and colors_Alain6.zip.

Added compass on the offroad dircicon. SVG file is from pongo's skin, I hope he doesn't mind. I also made it much bigger to be more visible.

Fixed better the simulation close button in portrait mode and added a border to it.

Also fixed a problem with the route close button in landscape mode.

Replace files: colors_Alain5.zip, colors_Alain6.zip, the_skin.zip, fd_Silver.zip, _A_icons_gr_add.zip

Added border to map buttons and changed the trip info, battery button and simulation close buttons.
Also many small changes.

Replace all ux folder and data.zip.

Made the sim buttons green, except from the double brackets because it doesn't look nice.
Replace files colors_Alain5.zip and color_Alain6.zip

Larger fonts in trip info in landscape.
