I think your Nuvi 660 has Bluetooth.

Talk about worry-free driving. nüvi 660 integrates Bluetooth® wireless technology with a built-in microphone and speaker, so you can pair it with your compatible Bluetooth phone and talk hands-free through the 660 while staying focused on the road. Simply dial numbers with nüvi's touch screen keypad to make a call.

If that is the case then you can link up with Garmin Drive app on your smartphone to get traffic

The Garmin Drive™ app is a simple and convenient app solution for the latest Garmin automotive navigators and dash cams. Visit garmin.com/driveapp for a list of compatible devices.

For compatible navigators, the Garmin Drive app provides real-time information for traffic, parking, advanced weather, and photoLive traffic cameras, in addition to the ability to send and receive calls, texts, and notifications from your Bluetooth-enabled mobile device.

Looking at various forums it appears that TrafficMaster has stopped broadcasting them via Classic FM

    Plus:

There are other traffic app for smartphones.

Inrix TMC I think is for the US.

The Drive app is only compatible with the very latest devices. The Smartphone Link app will provide traffic to earlier devices but unlikely as far back as Nuvi 660 which does not appear on the supported devices list.
