That post 113 can only be used to update the Garmin fleet 790 stand-alone unit.

what Giomen mean is: if we rename the file to zip you will find the apk in the path fleet 790 EU_GPS_890\system\priv-app\Launcher3\Launcher 3.apk
but unfortunately, (app not installed) with me until now.

The original unadulterated Hydra.apk is also in there at fleet790EU_GPS_890\system\priv-app\hydra\hydra.apk

Plus a lot of other device related stuff that a smarter & braver crash test dummy can pick apart and play with if they think anything else could be relevant to Hydra:

Beside the info you have posted there are these apps:

First you need to understand how these app work together and to be installed correctly.

Under this you have these apps.

fleet790EU_GPS_890.update\system\app

Just to list some of the system apps that are needed.

GarminUpdate
GarminTestMode
GarminService
FleetApiPermissions
DashCam
com.garmin.android.pbapservice
com.garmin.android.hfservice

Unless you are a programmer that works at Garmin good luck making this all work.

What has been posted here with "Garmin fleet 790 demo" has a lot of holes in it because of the apps that are missing.

Then if you are able to understand how it all works then you have to patch the apps so they work on your head unit or smartphone with out problems.

Seeing that most of the apps listed here have been made for Android 6 the chances that they will work OK with newer Android versions is hit and miss.

Hydra is saving the settings, tracks, waypoints etc. in device internal memory top level directory in file nfm.bin

It is like nonvolume memory in Nuvi. It can be cleared via hidden menu.

Yes, pressing speed at bottom left and then holding current speed at top centre works.

Some other things also working in there like Satellite status page in Developer info - Satellite Status, and EPE circle can also be set in Configuration-GPS settings
