Generate UNL for 900 9 32 61 with ID and put it in files safety_camera_Middle_East.unl in Garmin\POI
It is all.
Remark: I rename file name and choose Vendor ID 61 only for working with my script. You can change only FID from 2496 to 900. Reason for changing Vendor ID for me is permanent unl file and during update I only change ID and Vendor ID by script in new gpi in a second.

thanks for answer, your test file zip is working with me even with Vendor ID 61
which tool you are using to create unl I'm still little confused

There are no difference in generating UNL code. You can use JM_KG_v1.5.

In test I use FID and others like 900 9 32 61. In PGFT change 2496 9 32 XX (XX will changed in next release Cyclops) to above mentioned in obtained original file GPI. You do not need replace UNL files each time. Only put GPI file with modified FID (900) and Vendor ID (61) in device. All done.
And do not remember to claim original GPI from download person
