    Oh, kwbs....
    Edit:
    Just something came to my mind. Based on your posted images in the mentioned topic:
    maybe these are sections where the average speed is measured, or some special restrictions apply, or similar...
    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    @Boki_Srb
    There are non average-speed-measurses in IL and, there are non special restrictions or similar in the road sections which posted in the mentioned images.

    Edit:
    @Boki_Srb, @rondoan and @jorgeultra

    I've found this in my > iGO_Pal\save\profiles\01 > system

    [route.histspeed]
    enabled="0"
    use_timeslice="0"

    [route.histspeed.timeslice]
    day="3"
    hour="18"

    Does it help me with anything in the subject regard?

    Returning to the first post and the problem reported, from the image the impression is that historical data (.fps file) is being used as indicated by Boki and Golom.

    Make a test by adding the parameters below inside your SYS.TXT file and there you have the answer to your question:

    [route.histspeed]
    enabled=0
    show=0
    use_timeslice=0 ; 0=no histspeed/fsp , 1=use histspeed/fsp

    The following parameter only appears in the save file and does not need to be placed in the SYS.TXT file, it is just the clarification you asked for.

    [route.histspeed.timeslice]
    day="3" ; weekday of historical data
    hour="18" ; last used time
