A really nice suggestion
Hello everyone
The topic I want to raise and find out is: "Second maneuver with alternating distance".
We all enjoy the unique and the diverse UX creations of UX creators.
One of them in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is @piotrekcz's "sec_maneuver_dist".
There are those whose results looks good on their screen, and some that the resolution do not work well with both the signpost and the distance digits within the same frame.
So, I thought it might be possible for the sec_maneuver UX to function sequentially and one after another, so that for half a second, it would show the signpost/turn-left/square/roundabout, and for the next half-second the display would be the remaining distance.
And so, once a road sign and once a distance and as mentioned, the distance is updated sequentially and get shorter as we approach it.
Is there a POC for "sec_maneuver_alter_dist"?
Spoiler: Is it Possible?

Not so smart as the suggestion of kwbs, but maybe for other also a nice modification of original ux for default skin. Works fine for portrait and landscape and tested successful in iGO PAL and iGO LUNA. So maybe works also with other NextGen versions.

Hi @userninenine
It is actually smart, to put the distance of the second maneuver to the top above it.
Does not interfere with house numbers!
Not getting lost on the bottom frame.
It looks good on Portrait BUT not so much on Landscape.
And yes, on PAL it looks and gets great in both ways.

Spoiler: Landscape
Both Pic above are LUNA's.
EDIT:
@userninenine
Do you have any plans to fix the show in Landscape?
