For me this version (Navitel-full-9.8.19_Q2 2017) is not working.
I have found another version : Navitel-full-9.8.19_Q2_2017.apk for working with maps Q2 2017.
But does not work with maps : Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Iran, India, China.
