I also use the English pack and TTS voices are not working correctly the spoken voice is being cut half way. For example from the TTS Pro menu if I click on the "Read Out Tunnel Length" to test the voice all I get is "the t...."

On WinCE this works correctly and says the following for the same option "The tunnel length is 0.9 miles"

I am also not using any skin just the default skin with nextgen Basarsoft 9.18.27.627562 plus with all the settings in the sys.txt

Something in sys.txt cut off, your voice, I think....
If you see video above there is a cut-off in voice, I can hear it, but that happened because voice stop navigate to hear for example Spead limit increasing...
Note, that this engine comes from wince, it is original one, but soon I will refrese thread.....

Thank you for your time and for replying to my post
I have revised my sys.txt that I have and in the [sound] entries, it's exactly how you have posted.
I can give you further examples of what is happening in terms of the voice being cut. For example statements such as "After...." and "Prepare to turn right aft...." and also "drive...." are cut. What I can say is every time that the program has to indicate distances, he won't do it. Usually you hear "After 300 meters, turn right" and "Prepare to turn right after 300 meters" and also "Drive for 2 quilometers". Those indications are not given.
I don't know if it helps or if it's more or confusing the issues I am experiencing with the english voice package

Probably, your old TTS voice works fine, so use this one.
Please, don't use this voice, use your old voice......SORRY.


Soon I will post a real trip in youtube, to see that all works.

All the issues I had posted, was based in this morning's drive to work and had such problems with the voice package,
Please let me tell you again that I do appreciate a lot your work and time spent I will give it another try (I will download your English US package) and see how it turns out!
