Flash official gupdate.gcd by Webupdater, clear non vol, backup your nuvi and restart from scratch, reading carefully starting post (and post n.2 if needed).

1.How to flash the gupdate.gcd
2.how to clear nonvol "I have no touch function" so can't do it from my device
3.How to restart from scratch
