Are the executable files on the card? Or separate files on the unit? If you can access that probably will run any version of primo.
I found that torrent for 2013QX for subaru USA and as far as I could tell it was just the winCE version with everything on the card. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Igo is supposed to recreate this file when you add licenses, at least on win/android. It contains device ID/card IDs and would be why your SD card doesn't work even when raw copied.device.nng
