    Try to copy (replace) this file (006B047800.bin) to Garmin folder and restart device.

    Thanks again for the reply. I suppose if I had access to one I could try it just to confirm if it was a hardware problem with the antenna or not, but I don't have access to one and if I'm going to buy another antenna cable I might as well just bite the bullet and buy a new satnav.

    Thanks for reply. Tried that but it's still the same I'm afraid.
