I would like to know if you have the portuguese tts voice working ..... I am portuguese and i havenīt...
If it work how can i do this....
thanks
In your package above the ux-File is called "tts-speedcam-eng.zip" Shouldn't there be a file like "tts-speedcam-GER.zip" instead?
English TTS Package-With Speedcams.rar\English TTS Package-With Speedcams\To iGO_NextGen-ux\tts-speedcam-eng.zip
Anyway, could you please give some advice what to change in order to get a german TTS voice with DA and speedcam.
I' willing to help in the translation for the german lang files (ENG<->GER) while respecting the older Primo hints.

No.
See here for an explanation:

If the voice file does not work as it is, I may not be able to help you.
If it DOES work, I can add the phrases necessary for DA and other things (besides speedcam which should already work if the files are correctly placed) if you are willing to translate.

Thanks for explanation.
Unfortunately I'm not able to get TTS to work (trying german tts/region).
TTS is not enabled at all in NextGen. LocalizerTTS woks on my system at all.
Any ideas about this?
I already hand-translated your Voice_TTS-nua-German-Yannick "dictionary.voice".

Would be nice if you could add DA and Speedcam to this TTS.
Btw: Seems that it is an rather old tts-voice. On Primo it worked perfectly when I took the iOS-Primo tts voices, originally provided by NNG.

I guess I am not fully understanding.
If the voice file does not work (show up as a choice in the NextGen regional settings), there would be no point adding anything to it..it still would not work.
On the other hand, for everything to function with a working voice file, here is what needs to be translated from English into {whatever} language in dictionary.voice (everything added after the Country Name phrases which are common in every voice.zip file). :
Spoiler: See text
General notes:
Copy and paste the above into a plain text editor such as notepad, notepad+, etc. Do not use any type of word processor (wordpad, word, etc).
Translate everything to the right of the "=" to say whatever you want in any language. Do not change anything to the left of the "=".
In addition, do not change anything that looks like this: %s--leave that exactly in the place that it is. And leave the quote marks in place on the right side.
For example:
Arrival to destination at %s.="Arrival to destination at %s."
DO NOT CHANGE AT ALL.
Translate to your language.
Then post or attach your result as a plain text file..please use spoilers as above. Also attach a known working voice*.zip file and I will add to it. If you already know how to successfully** edit the dictionary.voice file within the *voice.zip file, you can just do it yourself, then use the following file in your UX folder:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
(this is a newer version of speedcam file that will match and work with the dictionary.voice file above)
** If you have never successfully edited a TTS*voice*.zip file and are trying it for the first time, make a backup of the original first. If you do it incorrectly, iGo/Primo/Nextgen will consider the zip file "corrupt", ignore it, and there possibly is no recovery from this on that particular voice file.
