Hi Caty,
Have you tried Basecamp ?
The specification says Basecamp Only for 34XX (3790 V4.7 Basecamp + Mapsource)
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Yes I can send trips with Basecamp and also with Mapsource, but trips arent the same than MS planned routes

@ caty:
Thanx for the hint and redirection. In fact I followed it and it seems to be working properly. The reason why I was having the message "voice command not available for american english" was missing files. I believe my unit is working fine now, but I'll be testing it these days (too much work is keeping me off the road :-( ) and as soon as I have some echo I'll be posting my conclusion here.
Finally after a few days of testing I have something to share:
For all that have voice command error message - see post #212.
Solution = download files recommended in post #47 for CNE or in post #221 for CNNA users and uncompress them. Copy all files to your nuvi (*.asr to .system/ASR,, *.sid to .system/SID and *.db to .system/SQLite). Reboot, connect to pc and launch webupdater to verify if you need any new files for your nuvi to work the way you want. Enjoy!
I have one question: is there any thread where we can only read and post things related to the 37xx and 34xx user interfaces? Or is it ok if it can be done here?
Thanks for this dummies version!
Will try to update my 3790 EU this evening. :D
Question: I have EcoRoute HD Device, so what XML file i need to put to enable it to work properly?
in RAR file are 3 files:
DeviceConfig_ecoRouteHDReq_Disabled.xml
DeviceConfig_ecoRoutePurchaseReq_Disabled.xml
DeviceConfig_ecoRouteStandard_Enabled.xml
And another small question: Traffic receiver for 3790 working with this FW?
i don`t have traffic information in my country - but maybe later i will drive to country where they have one...

Hi kaspiic,
I have HD EcoRoute too. I just put all the .xml's and execute them. After that, in the car i just connect the device to the HD EcoRoute. May be it's not the best way, but it working for me right now. May be someone will explain exactly what doing each of these .xml's.
About the traffic receiver - it works great with this firmware.
Use DeviceConfig_ecoRouteStandard_Enabled.xml, this is standard ecoRoute like in 37xx, function will work without HD but with possibility to connect HD.
