Everyone says "bitstreams", so I say "data encoding" and pretend I'm no stranger here.
In fact, I've never tried decoding Garmin map data, but I'm going to investigate it soon
Got it now. And good luck. Maybe at some point when you've solved this riddle, you might like to apply your knowledge from the GW fw triumph to the SP 2610's fw to enable NT map reading? Quite similar hardware .....
