FastActivate -latest here (latest in post #1) Now includes new "Updater" too!

I try update maps on a Go 720.
I make a copy of the content of the gps.
I run TomTom Home and was a update of the application for the tomtom available, well i click on update, thinking that i after of that i will patch the navcore for accept the new map.
after patch the new navcore -that was the same that the old one, 9.205- , was impossible that the gps recognize the new map!
I download 4 maps thinking that the new application was incompatible with the maps, don´t work.
I update meta, Fastactivate etc.. no luck.
Luckly i have the gps backup, i copy on the internal memory , patch the map, and all work fine.

Basically it works with all available metas so if the meta is here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] then the latest/updated version should work fine.

...but Carminat Live has another problem...

FastActivate latest version seems to be dated 25 March 2018, which does not activate latest maps 1010.
Please, is there any information on this?

Same answer as given to you on the other forum already:-

Youre right and the integrated meta is from the same date and sure won't activate your maps
But if you use option #1 you'll get the latest updated_meta. txt which is usefull to update any map which have a valid meta code available

Hi guys, It seems I managed to activate Europe_1015_9107 maps for Tomtom Carminat Renault, but when I select My Device Info it still shows old map version in ttgo.bif file, but TomTomHome shows new maps version installed. Is this wrong?

Why dont you jyst try in car? I think that is easier [emoji4]

Of course it is easier but I can test on the car after one week, that is why I want to check if all is ready. So the question remains.

How can navcor show you new map, if you haven't even put SD card in your built-in car navigation????

No matter what TTHome will show you - only Navigator itself can accept or deny your new map.
