PS Just one other thought is that the fantastic TTActivator also downloads & installs maps, not just activates them so may actually contravene this forums regulations regarding downloading TT maps?? ADMIN/MODS, your thoughts please

I have trouble with the option -patch TomTom Home, getting profile dll not found.
I have tried with version 2.7 - 2.8 and 2.20... same result.
Have googled and read here alot, but i have not managed to do it.
My TomTom XXL IQ Routes works and map is activated, but it would be nice if i could use TT Home to get som free updates and corrections.
Any help is appreciated.
Which updates do you need from Home ?
I really don't see any advantage using Home for any update
Almost everything is available here and elsewhere.
And these minor updates for the maps using Home, these are so small.
Clean your registry and try to install Home once more..

NO, use TTactivator, available for both Windows and Mac
Thanks, can somebody tell me how to get the credentials for the ftp site ? i cant find it in faq or anywhere here ? Am i missing something ?
Google Chrome no longer supports ftp sites so you'll need to use Firefox or similar which does allow downloads from ftp addresses or grab a copy from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
