    All speedcams need to go to the map folder only
    But I don't understand preactivated, normaly the patch is done using the DeviceUniqueID

    It worked for me into "locations" folder as well.
    And in my case they really came pre-activated -- I didn't need to do any patch. The only issue - they are recognized just as normal POI, not as radars but it is much-much better than nothing for R-Link.

    Data is from SCDB, which is never protected. So "preactivated" is nonsense.
