Thread: Keep POI's

Hello everybody. I'm about to update my Tomtom XL with the newest map available and I'd like to know if there's a way to keep my POI's in order to add them again after the update... Wich file do I have to keep? Any help will be much appreciated.

mapsettings.cfg

But may not work if TT have changed/modified the file's layout "Recent destinations" and a few other things are also stored in mapsettings.cfg
Best way is create your own POI file (I've called mine "Favourites") along with an icon (Favourites.bmp) and store them there and copy these two files to the new map's folder (Europe_955_4746?).
