How do you download a file to test it out? I'm just getting popups? I couldn't find an explanation on how to install the files once located, I'm sure it is there but I did not see it.

The second link you provided I was actually on there last night scrolling through the threads but I was unable to specifically see or clearly understand what if any TTS android file was relevant to my device.
