AND (just for premium voices)
data***.chk.dct which F/A should create for each one

I deleted the data84.chk_dct file that FastActivate had generated and, hey presto!, there it was!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once a dct is created F/A doesn't bother again so may just have been a rogue one or from another device but all's well that ends well.
