I was just wondering as this is my first experience of Tom Tom - how do i go about installing the maps, and in the original installation were any maps included, i get all the initial stuff like kilometer/miles etc, and the voice to you after that the program says no maps found and shuts down. Can someone help please - The Phone being used is an E65
