    "ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9026"

    You're meant to have the truck application/navcore 9.071 on the SD card!!!!

    Start again.
    Delete everything from the card apart from the ttgo.bif file, add my full 9.701 x00, One, One XL dump (contents of the downloaded rar/folder) add the truck map & rerun F/A option #2

    Then insert SD card, boot up & report back again

    Remember your device can only run off either the SD card (if inserted BEFORE switching on) or internal memory if there's no SD card in

    I did all that you've said, but the info came like this:

    ttgo.bif:
    DeviceName=TomTom ONE XL
    DeviceVersionHW=ONE XL
    DeviceSerialNumber=L9xxxxxxxxxx
    BootLoaderVersion=55279
    ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9026
    ApplicationVersion=483454.1
    CurrentMap=
    CurrentMapVersion=0.0

    Map(s):
    N:\925.5445 - Europe TRUCK 2.54GB\

    Storage:
    Size 3714MB, Free 892MB
    As I said earlier, the device hangs on load, after it shows the progress bar, and the truck image. It gets stucked there and the only way to re-run the device is by pressing the reset button.
    If it serves as any info, before it get stucked, the back light brightens once, I mean, when the device turns on the back light turns on and after a while it gets brighter.
    After that the device just hangs.

    As you can see, the info on the navcore version is not changed...

    Thanks

    It's not reading from the SD card because if it WAS it would boot 9.701 navcore

    But if I do place the 9.026 files in the same SD, it loads correctly

    Something is seriously buggered there.
    Start from scratch. Ensure internal stuff is running fine then reformat SDHC card, add copy of your internal ttgo.bif, contents of my downloaded folder & truck map then run latest F/A latest again.

    Double check you have added the CONTENTS of the downloaded/extracted folder "9.701 x00_One_One XL.rar" and added the actual FOLDER "Europe_TRUCK"

    If it still ain't right then you need to try an alternative truck map download

    Just to test, I'm going to place the 9.701 navcore files directly on the internal storage, in this case without the map, as it does not fit there, but this way I'll test if the device loads the navcore. If so, then, YES it would be some kind of SDHC - truck navcore issue...

    I'll post back the results

    I've tried, and in the internal storage the 9.701 navcore is loaded...

    So to conclude, it must be some kind of problem with the SDHC and the navcore, in this case, with this particular device.
    I've tried again from a blank card, but the result is always the same.

    I'll use the normal navcore (not the truck version) files and then if I do get some error again, I'll post it here

    Thanks for all the help

    ....as your internal memory boots up this 9.701 then it ain't the navcore.
    It has to be either a dodgy/slow problematic SDHC card (or internal card reader) or that the 9.701 is not installed correctly on the SD card.

    One more thing to try is run clearflash.exe [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] three times on the card (preferably through a card reader, not the device connected to your PC)

    Hi there

    I've just written this reply to let you know that the 9.026 files, and the 925.5412 Europe map worked in the same SD card.
    I do not get the truck version working, but it's best than nothing.

    Again, thanks for all the help and time spent

    I'm still thinking something is wrong when you're loading the 9.701 navcore to the card because, a) this navcore works on internal memory and, b) other navcores work on that card.

    I can't think what else to suggest but hopefully someone else will come up with something I haven't thought of; or just keep trying
    good luck

    PS your device should be running the current/latest 9.510 internally anyway (let TTHome update to that) although that wont help this current problem
