Default Europe TRUCK 1050 for 4GB card?

At the beginning - sorry for my ignorance but this is quite a new thing for me.

I was asked by my friend to get him a new TomTom map for his very old device. What I can find on it's case it is TomTom ONE (4N00.004.2) N14644 with SD card slot. It has 4 GB card in it. He asked if I can find for him TRUCK version for Europe, because he is driving a camper. I've found Europe TRUCK 1050.10209 map, which unfortunatelly is bigger than a SD card. So I've got a questions for specialists here:
    1. Are there any ways to fits it to 4 GB card?
    2. Or, are there other versions od TRUCK that fits 4 GB card?
    3. Or, is there any way to remove some unnecessary for him parts of map to save the memory and if - how to do that?
    4. Or, if everything above is no, does this device support bigger SD (especially SDHC) cards?

I made recent not TRUCK version working on this device (Europe_1050_10226), but it is less than 4 GB.

Thank you in advance guys .

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
