    help TomTom XXL IQ Routes Edition maps help

    hi is there any way of updating the maps on this tomtom and if so what type of maps will need as I never use tomtom only Igo but this is a friend

    First thing you should do is hide your DeviceSerialNumber and DeviceUniqueID. Then everything you will need to update is explained in this link.Good luck

    I have tried putting Europe West 1050.10176 and using FastActivate but no luck say can not use on this device

    Because of the old map on your device I think this is the first time you updated the map. So maybe the Navcore is not yet patched.

    thanks for the help I did patch the Navcore using Fastactivate it was just the wrong sort of map I need a high-level-c- map type all good now
