I think Navcore 9.510 for 64bit devices wil be a good option
But your HDD is only 2.5gb only good for some small maps.
There must be a solution to replace your HDD with an SD slot or a Compact Flash card, search the Internet
Probably a Bootloader update is also necessary

Actually - this or older 9.430 can be used -I used both of them on my Go700

For sure - as there very old 4.xxx on board. So, if going to replace HDD with SD/CF cards - first of all upgrade bootloader through your HDD first to actual 5.5xx version.Probably a Bootloader update is also necessary
