Thread: What maps to use with my TomTom (can't install 955)?

If the URL is a return from a simple google search, I believe it's valid to post it. After all, it's google responsibility for dealing with any DMCA violation from their server. Using a link that can be accessed readily from google shouldn't be the responsibility of any forum because users can just easily do it themselves. This forum is only in violation when it posted links that its member uploaded (that knowingly in violation of DMCA from a company)

Personally I think it should be the responsibility of the upload servers to conform to the DMCA policy. But forums (including this one) has agreed to be "fair" about it to avoid long legal dispute. But preventing any links that was not created from this forum that are in violation of a DMCA is going a bit far and to be honest, unfair.

Please note that this is my opinion and has nothing to do with the owner nor admins of this forum. If they feel that it should not be allow, then they will delete it.
