So i tried to copy all the content of "Updated_meta.txt" and then erased the file and paste the content on the "META.TXT" file with the updated meta for 990_8365 West_Europe on top, ran the f/A and simply it wont .dct->OK ... I've checked "Integrated_meta.txt" and i saw that the date was "Latest Update: 23.04.2017 - 21:15 EEST" , and what i've understood by reading is that the "Integrated_meta.txt" must be recent to integrate the 990 metas right?
So for now i assume i have to wait.
