I downloaded your 'new maps+radar 1010_8891' release. Unfortunately it doesn't work on my iPhone X on JB 11.3.1. According to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] on the TT forums version 1.29 of the app should work on iOS11.
I did some research and found out that the old apps used for cracking iOS apps (clutch and rasticrac) don't work on iOS 11. Instead '[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]' has been released for cracking on 11.

With the new jailbreak out and all, I'm hoping you have a jailbroken iOS 11 device available to you and willing to recrack the app to make it work on iOS 11. Especially since it isn't available on the Appstore for purchase anymore.
