    Hello, this device is driving me crazy, it's locked to another profile, I've literally tried everything to reset it and update it, but no luck, some help please

    Finally some progress, i downloaded the maps from this site, but the version is 1085xxx, previous maps were 975xxx, but anything is better than nothing

    Really? Did you not read the manual or look on the TT website?
    The device connects to wi-fi directly (or via mobile hotspot), the map update directly from the server only legally

    You answered me - thank you.
    But look carefully at the photo above - you will notice that there is no Wi-Fi in it.
    There is only Bluetooth and mobile Internet - which does not allow you to download anything.
    I have reread a lot, installed the same updates, but newer updates of 2025 when installing from a flash card, ask for a key. (Apparently free updates have ended)

    TomTom claims the device has WiFi
    It is possible that there are different device variants or it needs to be activated separately. However, then the update it via Mobile Connection
    If your subscription has expired, you will definitely have to pay. There is no way around it.

    updating and installing maps is done from a flash card

    Maybe someone found a solution.

    To me the mistake in the first picture says a lot
    What do you think, what did you miss to do? It is also possible that it is their fault
