Hello, i need instruction how to instal new maps on tomtom model 4en52 z1230. i cant view files on my computer, maby i need some software for it. please can you help me, i need new map for europe, and how to install.

That's known as a TomTom ONE 2nd Edition with 1GB memory and you should be able to see this as a removable device.
