Tomtom Carminat Live NC 9884 Simba Crack

Hello everyone!
I've read a lot lately about different techniques of patching navcores and other tutorials to crack the cursed navcores since 9842 and higher that drive us crazy.

I have seen that there are tutorials based on Mazda cars with a file system similar to carminat with 10.xx navcores that use patched navcores by Simba.
Is it possible to do that with the tomtom carminat live I have?
Simba if you are out there I am willing to do any test, I would love to tell me that there is a superior NC version already patched!
I still can not believe that these navcores can not be cracked! I refuse to believe that the tomtom people beat us!

simba, QUIN1965 and a few others are actually working on trying to crack these Live devices in a private section of another forum but this is still "work in progress" and we aren't there yet.

You could maybe pm one of them & see what they're willing to disclose to you?

Nice to hear that the project is still alive. I hope some day those guys will succeed and there will be a solution also for Tomtom Live. In the mean time the only solution is to buy CID preconfigured card from China sellers (mostly from Alibaba) for around 6-12 USD/pcs. But the problems ordering from there are min. quantity of those cards which is usually from 10 - 100 pcs per one order..Also in this particular case with Carminat Live SD card the CID itself is not enough, but there is also something special about these cards regarding hardware - partition ID type which should not be as regular ones (0001), and that's why Samsung changeable CID SD card won't work in this case. Many Alibaba sellers already know that, so when you order CID specified SD cards for Renault Live, they know they have to change it so they can work..Unfortunately many sellers doesn't know that and they only change CID and those cards won't work regardless the correct CID.

I can provide the latest Carminat Tomtom Live SD backup which is currently 9.85 but as I say, without the "special" SD card the whole content is totally pointless.

the last message is almost 5 month ago. Is it still in progress, did someone book some progress?
