i have an xxl and powers on but touch screen inoperative. tried the screen on another unit and its ok so i guess software??
i cannot connect to pc as it asks for connection yes/no
any ideas to connect to pc and reinstall software etc?

1 - switch it off (long press on switch button).
2 - connect cable to PC
3 - switch it on (long press on button)
after seeing 'engineer's menu' press button once more. Device will start at immediately will connect to PC without asking you.
