9.510 is the correct/best/latest/recommended/ideal/right navcore/OS for you and that device (don't even think about changing it unless you need a Truck map which needs a different navcore)
What does you PC shows as capacity of this "removeable device"?
You can try to copy your mapsettings.cfg (IF that's what it's called on your iPhone) across to your new map folder
