Thread: Help with TomTom ONE IQ Routes Edition

Hi all - firstly my apologies for being a noob, but I admit I need help!

TomTom forum were understandably unhelpful after the touchscreen failed and I lost my maps backup:

So I came here, followed the useful "how to's" and downloaded the UK and Ireland maps - but I am having difficulty learning how to marry up the NavCore (TomTom software?), map version and patch (as I assume I need to patch the map to work on the specific TomTom serial number?).

I think my situation is:

• Hardware - TomTom ONE IQ Routes Edition
• Software - 9510
• Map - 950.6492

I haven't patched NavCore or the maps yet and I really hate asking for help, but can anyone point me in the right direction of am I right so far - and what I need to do next? When I boot the device I get "You cannot use this map with this device - 10038"
