Hi,

I have a Tomtom One XL with a navcore 8.010. I got the map 940.5993 for Western Europe. Copied everyfile of the map to the folder on the SD card.
Copied fastactivate + integrated_meta on the root of the SD card. Run options 1 to 4. 1 ok, 3 ok, 4 ok but 2 got a .dct error on this particular file :

Western_Europe_1GB-100207

Everything file went fine...

There is no Western_Europe 940.5993 but ONLY the Western_Europe_1GB version.
If THAT'S what you mean then ensure the downloaded map FOLDER is what you add to the SD card, not individual files.

If you did that then try running fastactivate from inside the new map folder

Copied the files in the folder to the "Western_Europe_1GB" folder in the SD card and replace the original files then launch FastActivate.

And dct ERROR on this Western_Europe_1GB-100207.

I created a file named meta.txt with only the meta code of Western_Europe_1GB_940_5993 in it, but still same error..

Yes, i copied everything from the internal memory to the SD card. There is ttgo.bif (03.01.2000 - 2 ko) Navcore is activated with FastActivate.
Only option 2 when it's trying to patch dct ERROR on this Western_Europe_1GB-100207 went wrong..

Should i erase the SD card and put only the Western_Europe_1GB_940_5993 folder in it and ttgo.big ?

Hello in M.I. (internal memory) can be activated gps NavCore.
In the SD you can have tantos maps as capacity is 4GB etc.. if you must have the ttgo in sd to activate the maps, greeting

Start again; because your One XL can ONLY run from internal OR from SD card (not both as the later devices can) copy everything from your internal memory to the SD card (apart from old map folders to save space) then add the newly downloaded map FOLDER and fastactivate & run it again
