In theory F/A just needs to see the map folder(s) and your ttgo.bif in order to activate (create meta.dct's) map(s) provided of course that the meta codes are available for the maps you're trying to activate.
Try moving F/A.exe to the SD card where your map folder(s) are along with your ttgo.bif.
