Recently I bought one TOMTOM VIA 1500TM. I tried to update it using TOMTOM HOME, but the device is not connecting with Tomtom home. Home cannot see the device. Also my computer does not recognize it as storage drive. Is this normal for this model? But the device power on ok.

On the other hand my tomtom XXL works with tomtom home and shows as storage device.
