    I think I got all steps right.
    Put map on root
    Meta File
    Extract Navacore
    then activate it.

    I can't still activate it, the map not showing up. Anything I missed? (something I have to do with tomtom home?)

    what is your map ?
    put map folder to root ?
    copy FastActivate to root directory and use all 3 buttons from left

    you use SE Navcore v9.101.516023.2 - ONE ? (extract rar file and you get exe file)
    and run that .exe and select your tomtom drive [X]:\
    copy map folder to root
    start device one time
    then plug again to pc and run Fast/Autoactivate

    it works if you do alright, I guarantee

    Yep, that the Navacore version I used, that works fine.

    I ran again autoactivate, no luck. (unless the map file is missing something?)

    look map folder is there *.meta.dct file ?
