Can some one help me update my 510 for use SDHC 4GB card.
I now i have to change BL and 510 dont have internal memory so I have to just put difrent BL on my new SDHC card?

Get your current config first:

If you update new bootloader to device you must use old card what device read.
you cant update bootloader with new card because device not read it
so put system file to old card root directory and start device when you are updated loader then you can put new card inside with navcore

when new card works:

I have two folders old one "USA_and_Canada" and new one "USA_and_Canada_870_3417" and I run AutoActivate but maps are old 720.1802

After I did that modification can use traffic,weather,cameras options?
When I try that I got massage Cannot connect to Tom Tom Live services.
