I ran the clear flash tool (which didnt work), but then did a scan disk which did work! Hooray! Many thanks.

Now the problem I have is that I cant update via Home 2 PC application, and as such this isn't a major problem, but I cant get the latest GPS fix data. Is this going to cause me an issue, or does it mean that first fix will just be a bit slow?
