Some older versions of NDS worked but not on every Head Unit.
There is not much that can be done to get around your problem.
TomTom does not support any Head Unit.
Be lucky it works with v1.9.6
Maybe try a different GPS app on your Head Unit.
Plus if you had it working with v1.9.6 why didn't install v3.2.12 over it if you had all the maps????
If you used the MOD version that would not work to install over it.
The last MOD was v1.9.6.2
