Google play original. No need to patch, still free...
The only one that really modded NDS is david0vich...
.
Edit, May '26:
Unfortunately, this app is no longer supported
They (TomTom) did it on purpose
They blocked app access to the servers. It is interesting that there is still an update to the latest edition on LATAM Google play
The installation of the version from the scratch does not work, the application cannot download the necessary files for functioning

This version is old and was replaced way back with the last version 3.4.21-latam (4294) of which is also not supported by updates. So don't use it
