Installed "saomaohao" post with no problems over the last version on my test phone..
For those having problems only use "saomaohao" posts.
To many others posting TomTom NDS with problems.

An alternative way to update a 2.7.*-latam install (as usual voices, maps and settings are properly retained and/or migrated – quite suitable to those who had upgrade issues) to the current 3.0.17-latam (4027) is with the usual [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] – alternatively the com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds bundle (com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.nds.apk, config.xhdpi.apk, config.en.apk and config.armeabi v7a.apk) can be installed manually. Tested on a stock Samsung and with a de-googled LineageOS device... all good: Croatian, Greek, Romanian etc. languages work and live traffic is fine (where supported) – Hm… Leoforos Kifisias is permanently in red: go figure!

@ saomaohao that is why am not even thinking about updating " WHY" will be heading out in a couple week for maybe 3 weeks but I will give it 2 weeks. A M8 is giving me so much stuff to make a map out of that he gives me 48 references and he has over done it by 66% OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Duplication's, my brain hurts when I have to sort this out in QGIS, oh well I will have something sorted for the other 68 members whom will have NOOOO idea what am talking about.

Just checked and traffic is working in Athens Greece
Spoiler: You can check MyDrive anytime
Remember traffic is in a 50 KM radius of where you are.
